Looking to get to grips with your digital SLR camera? If you’re a digital photography beginner, this course provides a solid introduction to photographic techniques, giving you the confidence to experiment with your camera and get great images.
You’ll learn to recognise and use the different controls on your camera – including shutter speed, ISO and aperture- and choose the right lens for what you want to do. The course also covers the basics of photo composition, exposure, focus, using flash, working with colour, and manipulating depth of field for different effects. You’ll learn how to set up action shots, portraits, and close-ups, avoid red-eye, and share your pictures with family and friends.
